Plenty of research shows that in order to close the gender gap in leadership, young female professionals must be provided with support to help build and sustain self-confidence and resilience earlier in their career.
Using a blended approach of coaching and mentoring, I will work with young women on track for a leadership role, or newly appointed in a leadership role, to clarify their unique strengths and talents, develop awareness of their own values, beliefs and brain filters, and create a leadership bespoke development plan to nurture self-confidence and achieve personal growth based on their style and personality.
